I have done large bird rescue for years but I have only ever dealt with local people. This was the first time I have ever had a bird shipped and Mark was extremely informative and helpful everytime we communicated. He was on top of keeping me informed with how baby was doing, when baby left and even checking on baby after it was all said and done. His references had nothing but wonderful things to say and now I know why. We got "Skittles" our Sun Conure from them and he is a perfect member of our family and exactly what I was looking for in a parrot. They breed birds that are beautiful and have tons of personality. My family and I couldn't be happier. Skittles is 3 months and already learning commands and talking....and he is tons of fun. Loves to snuggle, play and give love! What else could you ask for?!
