He is closed banded, 03 hatch with hatch year on band. He was paired with an old female that never laid for me and passed away a couple years ago. He has been a bachelor since. He is plucked on both wings, as you can see in the picture. He is fuzzy on the back of his head. He has been surgically sexed and tattooed. He is NOT tame. Yes he does talk some. He WILL come to the front of the cage and interact with you, he is not terrified of people but YES he will bite!
