Adult Alexandrine Ringneck not tame, purchased this bird to set up for breeding but couldn't find female for it. The bird is in good health and feathering. Right wing on the bird is not fully mobile cannot flap its right wing normally. Other than that bird is beautiful and big. WE DO SHIP!!!
