Ariel Fleming Erie, Pennsylvania Do NOT buy from this breeder! I got an IRN I had him for a week when he got extremely ill and passed away. When I contacted the breeder they ignored me and didn’t try to make anything right. They don’t care about their birds or buyers. Awful people 4/7/2024 12:56:13 PM
A Bray Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania DO NOT TRUST. Baby conure lived 10 days after taking him home. Viral infection vet confirmed he only could have gotten there. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN 2/13/2024 9:40:37 PM

Mrs. Williams, We appreciate you emailing us with your concerns and we would like to address your concerns. We agree that nobody should be taken advantage of because English is not their native language - That was never the intention with your friend as we are also sons and daughters of immigrants that came here many decades ago in order to chase the American dream. Your friend did not wait for the baby to put on weight, she waited for the baby to be weaned - eating on its own. We check our babies’ crop, breast, nose, vent and weight everyday. The baby weight was 103 grams Feb 2, 2024 the night before the pick up, and 102 grams during the observing stage. However, babies can revert (become unwean) when they are in a new environment as this subjects them to newfound stress. Birds have a very high metabolism which is the reason why they have frequent bowel movements. When they don't eat, they starve and become dehydrated. You may see them eat, however, they are not eating significantly enough to keep their organs functioning correctly. We usually only sell babies up to 20 weeks old. When babies are taken home prior to 20 weeks, they do make better pets as they can develop a stronger bond with their owners and are more interactive with humans. However, they are more fragile; In many ways similar to an infant’s underdeveloped immune system and softer bones for the first 6 months. This was explained to your friend. We never insulted her, nor did we ever place blame. We did the best we could to explain to her that a healthy baby does not die. The most common reasons for bird death reported to us determined through necropsy and reported by our customers are accidental injuries from handling, impact trauma (flying into a window), ingestion and inhalation of toxic materials and fumes, and improper preparation/delivery of feed. We explained to your friend that birds who experience these types of accidents likely will not present symptoms that are identifiable to the untrained eye, such as brain hemorrhages, pulmonary edema (fluid in lungs), ect. We never blamed nor accused her of being the reason for the death of her bird. We understand that life is very precious, but no life is guaranteed, as is the life of our birds after they are out of our hands. This is the reason why we give our customers any amount of time they need to build a bond with our birds before they leave our aviary. They can choose to come daily and for as long as they need to build that bond. When your friend called and advised us of what happened to her bird, we empathized with her. Sudden loss of a beloved pet is indeed traumatic and can leave many of us in distress with feelings of shock and confusion. This is the reason that we offered her a discount, not because we “sold her a sick bird”. We have spent many years exercising transparency and trust within our community so we do not take these accusations lightly. We are truly sorry for her loss. If you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the source, environment and living conditions of our birds, we are more than happy to address them. The Bird Boyz
Angela Williams Mount Joy, Pennsylvania My friend brought bird home on Friday and it was euthanized that Sunday at vet. BB said it weighed 100 g but vet weighed it at 50g. Vet stated bird was sick. BB will not entertain any theory except my friend was somehow negligent. Very sad! 2/9/2024 3:31:49 PM

as stated in every invoice we send out. payment must be paid in full, money must cleared before shipping or in person pick up. we have taken paypal in the past, paid as firend and family as payment only! That's the only way we receive the payment instantly in our bank, anything else money is not cleared before shipping. Mrs Kyli payment is with held till customer receives the parrot. that is not acceptable and is stated on the invoice. once we relized that, we refunded the payment. she was given other options to pay zelle or Credit card which she denied. we explain that we guaranteed live arrival since we add Insurance in our shipping cost.We have had our policy since we open and never had any misunderstanding with "payment must be paid in full and cleared before shipping or in person pick up". sorry but, we are not going to change our policy for anyone, mrs kyli is no exception.we do not believe any breeders will ship our their parrots before being paid.
Bonnie Martz Gettysburg, PA Brought home my beautiful baby macaw last week. Couldnt be happier with my experience with this breedern she was very helpful, sent photo and video updates of my baby weekly and was accommodating of visits. I'm in love with my Vivienne. 5/3/2022 3:16:23 AM
Tracy Smith Garden Grove, California I reach out to them to purchase a baby a cockatiel. I was very leery at first because I have never purchased or got pets shipped to me. So to Zelle someone money with all the scams going on nowadays I was afraid. They kept me updated every day. 4/12/2022 1:29:32 AM
Jame Brown Seattle, Washington I just purchased African Grey that was shipped from Pennsylvania to Washington. Mike was extremely nice to work with and made everything smooth. The bird was very healthy and beautiful came with Vet paper that was nice. I would highly recommend them. 3/30/2022 10:07:20 PM
Shannon F. Parkton, Maryland We only had our bird for 1 day and it became ill and passed away. The whole experience was odd and unpleasant. If you watch their YouTube channel all of the videos are about dealing with things going wrong with their birds. Not quality breeding! 2/21/2022 1:05:33 PM

We are truly sorry for your loss. To be extremely clear, ample time was given to you to inspect the bird to ensure that it is healthy and properly tamed. Once the bird is taken away from us, we can no longer guarantee it’s safety and/or survival as we cannot properly verify its living conditions. This is the reason as to why we allow you time to inspect the bird. We have a warranty disclosure stating that once the bird leaves our hands, we will no longer take responsibility. We do not provide insurance for the bird, however, you are free to seek out a third party insurance plan if you choose to do so.
Sherri Williams Erie, Pennsylvania My husband and I bought a bird from them and he hates everyone like never been handled before. My vet suggested pellet diet but he only eat seeds with no interest in pellets or fresh vegetables. It's almost been 9 months and still no progress... 2/21/2022 6:12:42 AM

Victoria Myers The whole situation was very sketchy. We have had our parrotlet for only 24 hours and we came home after work to it laying at the bottom of the enclosure. From the whole experience I feel this is a bird mill and not a proper breeder. 2/21/2022 4:48:58 AM
