  Mr. Wilcox I do have the messages where you called the lab, confirmed that they did receive the test, but you did not like the date of the test, and you continued harassing. I do have all of the emails confirming. Again it seems there is another motivation to this harassment as you got your results, you received a refund, you received a box of free items, and you have proof your wife had said that she did not care about the gender of the baby. Once more, I do wish the best for your family.

  Hello Mr. Wilcox. Yes I do have all of our messages where you clearly stated you received the results of the DNA but you did not like the date on it. You were also upset at me because it turned out in another message your wife said the sex of the baby did not matter and yet you felt it was my fault because you wanted a male. You actually received your DNA and a refund of the DNA because of the harassment we received. Please feel free to post the said messages. The messages will prove the professionalism We showed towards you and your wife despite the aggressive circumstances from you towards us. We wish you the best.

  Hello Mr. Wilcox. Again, I do have all the messages where you acknowledge receiving the results, you acknowledge receiving a refund, and you acknowledge receiving a full box in the mail from me. I’m not sure if your aggression is because I pointed out the miscommunication between your wife and yourself, but your wife did write to me to let me know the baby is extremely sweet and she could tell it was raised with love. In the end I know that’s what mattered to her. I wish you the best, and hope you can find some peace with the situation.

  Mr. Wilcox. I apologize that you are bothered by a situation that was out of my control. You as well as I have the messages that your wife sent to us stating that she did not care about the sex of her baby as long as the baby was sweet. You then harassed me, ignoring the fact that there was proof of the messages, saying that you wanted a male only. Then after you received evidence of the DNA sexing, you began questioning the date on the certificate. You harassed so much you actually got a refund of your $35 but you continued to harass. I regret that you feel the need to initiate other people leaving one star reviews as well. I wish the best for you and your family.
