    Bird ready to ship 8/11- Buyer requested 8/18. Kept bird at no charge for another week,. Then Delta did not have JFK direct, she never mentioned Direct only- had scheduled stop in Atlanta. to JFK. She had flight to JFK via Atlanta as was only option. * I did ship direct to JFK for another buyer on 8/11- but she wanted 8/18- and no flight. She said she called Delta?? she couldnt check as no way to check cargo as didnt know crate size, dimensional weights, air volume etc. Unable to book- She didnt want LaGuardia ( Direct Flight) due to traffic ,or American( direct but $380 cost) ??REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. I kept bird extra week, I Called Multiple Airlines, over hour on hold- NOTHING would Please Her and her Threats
