  • CHARLES PARTITO Oklahoma City, OK He calls himself Birdman. Myself and those that truly know him call him Conman. He advertised an Eleanor Cockatoo as young, hand fed and tame bird, it turns out this bird was none of the above. He buys from bird mills, many are diseased. 1/27/2023 1:57:00 PM

    This transaction was from September of 2020, the bird was sent to the customer driven from Chicago to Detroit Michigan to be shipped to Texas. The bird was a very friendly bird in our possession but when the customer received it, it was a bit stressed and scared. How ever the real story here is that the bird bonded with the wife and the husband was upset. I have all emails saved and tried multiple times to take back the bird at a full refund. The customer refused because the wife and the bird grew a great bond together everyone was happy but the husband. I cannot control how a bird will react during shipment but I believe Charles was to pushy on the bird and make a wrong first impression that’s why it bonded to his wife. Like I said all emails of this conversation and this transaction are saved. We are very honest and clear with all of our customers. I tried multiple times to refund the customer and take back the bird, but Charles want the bird at a really discounted price which I declined and said to send the bird back at a full refund.

    Hi and thank you for your review. This is a very false review! This person contacted us about a bird a week ago and never put a deposit down. Dna results came in and we showed the proof. No deposit was ever put down, customer wanted the bird shipped unweaned and we said sorry we don’t ship unweaned. We care about our birds and their health. When I told the customer that there is another person who is possibly interested in the bird and at this time it’s first come first serve, that’s when she got upset. No deposit was ever put down to reserve the bird.

The baby Illigers macaw I shipped to you was hand fed from 3 weeks old and socialized daily, I can not control how a baby will act through transit of shipment and what could of caused it to be like this. The bird was in a tree stand daily and handled daily just like our other babies.

    Sorry for what you're going through but you had your bird for over one year and four months. When our birds leave our possessions they are in great Health. We cannot control where our precious birds go to or what they can be exposed too. We give our customers 48 hours to conduct any testings or any check up they want to do. Thank you.
