  • Robert Liebig Spring Grove, PA They sent a huge box for a Sun conure with 5lbs of food I told him I did not need 3 times!     Hi Robert, sorry to see you upset but our shipping kennels are beautifully designed to ensure the safely of the bird during travel time. Everyone at Delta Airlines LOVES our pet kennels. We always HAVE to send food to ensure people don’t change the main diet of our baby bird since you didn’t buy one from us. You had the option to choose from the cheaper flights but you didn’t so that’s definitely not on us.

Not all parrots are cuddly like macaws and cockatoos if that’s what you’re expecting from these ringnecks.
