    Kelly J are you sure you purchased your Conure from Linville's Aviary? All our birds are DNA sexed thru a reputable DNA lab and come with the certificate from the lab. If you purchased a bird from us and found there to be a problem we have not been contacted by you. What type of Conure did you purchase and when was it purchased? Please contact us. Thank you

    Katelyn, We're sorry that you are unhappy with the Parrotlet you chose. On 1-12-19 you came to our home and picked out a Blue Male Parrotlet from a group of other Male Parrotlets. You handled all the Male Parrotlets and you decided on the Parrotlet #1240. When you left with the Parrotlet you chose it was tame. If Parrotlets are not handled on a daily basis they can become nippy and not want to leave their cage or be bothered. You have now had the bird for 24 days. You did not contact us at any time to tell us that you were having a problem with your bird. If you would have contacted us about the problem you were having with your Parrotlet we would have been glad for you to return him for a refund or to chose a different Parrotlet.

Can you please give us the date that this bird was purchased as well as the birds band number. Also, what is the name of the Vet that did the PBFD test? We would like to talk to him or her and get a copy of the test results. We sell a lot of baby Green Cheeks to large Pet Stores. They test each bird for Avian Diseases and our birds always come back with negative results for any Avian Diseases. If you have had this bird for a number of years, you can infect your bird by going into a bird store or from someone's bird that is infected with the PBFD. If a bird with PBFD comes into contact with you and gets feather dust on your clothing you can infect your bird with the feather dust. We have checked our records going back to 2016 and we do not find a record of you purchasing a bird from Linville's Aviary. Please contact us with the information we have requested. I am super happy with one of them, he is so funny and nice, but the other one is super shy and freaks out when I put my hand on the cage or try to work with him he trys to fly away but he can't as his wings were clipped before shipping.
