This bird is so sweet, and adjusting to his new home so quickly...no doubt the result of expert nurturing and handling from day one by Melissa and company. Just took him to meet the Avian vet we selected for his future care and she gave him an A+for healthy and well adjusted. This little bird has surpassed all of our expectations! I was scammed before I called Melissa and a little concerned but she was always available to answer any questions, and still is. I couldn't be any happier with my choice. We received "Marley" (Congo African Grey) from her via United Airlines this past Tuesday. We couldn't be more in love or happier with her. She is so sweet and loves to cuddle.   Korey I just want to say thank you so much to Melissa. We recently purchased a baby African Grey.I have never owned or even seen such a well socialized baby bird. From the day we brought Ranger home he had wanted to be right with us. He never gets frustrated with my two daughters and is very good with them. At three months old he is trying vertu hard to talk.   Alice Austin, TX Melissa has been great to deal with - very knowledgeable about avian behavior and breeding. She sent out progress reports with pictures periodically. Our bird - has been a joy, came to us very socialized, cuddly and no signs of stress or fear. She accepts us working with her wings, laying her on her back, and riding in the car.   Jodi I am so happy with my African Grey. She is the sweetest baby ever. I contacted Melissa a few months ago after talking to a few other breeders. Some of the things the other breeders said to me just didn't sit well with me. When I spoke with Melissa. I knew she cared about her birds and also her clients.   Thank you Jodi. Your sweet girl is one of the ones we took for a presentation to ONE HUNDRED KINDERGARTNERS! She did great. We only allowed our son to hold/touch her during the presentation, but she was so calm and sweet. All the kids fell in love. She is a real gem.

She is already learning potty training and eats her veggies. We make morning trips to the bathroom to learn about the "shower". She also had been taught to step up.
