This transaction was from September of 2020, the bird was sent to the customer driven from Chicago to Detroit Michigan to be shipped to Texas. The bird was a very friendly bird in our possession but when the customer received it, it was a bit stressed and scared. How ever the real story here is that the bird bonded with the wife and the husband was upset. I have all emails saved and tried multiple times to take back the bird at a full refund. The customer refused because the wife and the bird grew a great bond together everyone was happy but the husband. I cannot control how a bird will react during shipment but I believe Charles was to pushy on the bird and make a wrong first impression that’s why it bonded to his wife. Like I said all emails of this conversation and this transaction are saved. We are very honest and clear with all of our customers. I tried multiple times to refund the customer and take back the bird, but Charles want the bird at a really discounted price which I declined and said to send the bird back at a full refund.
