Our mission is to enhance aviculture through education, nutrition, conservation and a mutual love for birds. We breed, hand feed and hand tame a variety of exotic birds including both hookbills and softbills.

Lucy Cao Arlington Heights, Illinois Staff is fake and only cares about the business. They force customers to buy their good food but give out horrible food to boarding birds. I got my cockatiel here, and boarded him two years later for a week and he plucked so much and almost died. 6/9/2021 10:23:56 PM

Hi Lucy, yes, we do require each customer to buy 1 bag of seed and pellet at the time they purchase their bird. The food we require you to purchase is they exact food that the baby is weaned on to. We require this to insure a smooth transition home for the new baby. If anyone feels that the well being of the bird and the diet is not important, they are welcome to purchase their bird elsewhere. In response to your comment about our boarded bird. We mix 3 brands of seed with 3 brands of pellet to provide the maximum amount of variety possible. We have a loving and caring staff that works diligently to treat every bird as if it were our own pet. Our staff is full of animal lovers that are highly trained professionals. Anyone is welcome to see the food we offer our birds prior to choosing to have their bird boarded with us. Finally, it is clearly stated on our website that you are welcome to bring your own food during boarding. Anyone reading this review is encouraged to also read our reviews on Facebook and Google. Thank you.
